CHARLOTTE MCGOWAN

Creative Director & Designer

Charlotte is the founder of Threethirds and a senior graphic designer, working across branding, advertising and a wide range of design applications. Having grown up in Wanaka, she brings a strong connection to the community and is known to many as Charlotte Spencer-Bower.

With a hands on approach and a strong understanding of both design and production, she sees projects through from initial concept to final output, ensuring ideas are carried consistently through each stage and translate effectively into real world use.

With a clear sense of direction, she helps guide decisions from concept through to final execution.

She brings a strong understanding of materials, finishes and application, helping guide decisions that support both the design and its final outcome.

With extensive industry knowledge and a strong understanding of the local business landscape, she helps shape direction and make informed decisions that support each brand as it evolves.

Known for managing multiple moving parts, Charlotte takes a clear and considered approach to every project, with a strong attention to detail that ensures each element feels aligned and intentional.

SINÉAD KRUIS

Designer & Office Manager

Sinéad is a senior designer, working across branding, advertising and a broad mix of design work.

With a strong understanding of both design and process, she works across projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring ideas are carried through clearly and consistently.

She quickly gets to grips with each brief, asking the right questions and offering practical advice and ensuring a clear understanding early on.

She tailors her design approach to suit each client and project, shaping ideas into design that feels intentional and communicates clearly, while finding practical solutions and keeping things organised from concept through to completion.

Always keeping up with new tools, technologies and evolving design approaches, Sinéad brings a fresh perspective to projects while ensuring the work remains practical, relevant and well executed.

With a strong eye for detail and an understanding of how design translates in the real world, she ensures everything leaving the studio is delivered to a high standard and meets both ours and the client’s expectations.
